After a lot of contemplations and the long process of counting majorities and prioritizing development, finally, Uttar Pradesh has its CM. Causing a streak of surprise amongst the local people of UP, ‘Yogi Adityanath’ ( born Ajay Singh Bisht) took his oath to serve the state and make it a sapling of development. BJP maintained a balance in the leadership by appointing ‘Dinesh Sharma’ and ‘Keshav Prasad Maurya’ as the deputy CMs.
An Answer To History Doubted
Despite his history and involvement in promoting Hindutva he has worked for people in eastern UP and made a difference worth noticing. He addressed the people in Lucknow with an open thought of maintaining individualism for each person and made a point by saying that all people are part of the Indian land and everyone will be given equal care and right.
Why Yogi Adityanath?
BJP has made it pretty clear that they will keep promoting development and smoothly take a step towards 2019 elections. The question here is why Yogi Adityanath? Our honorable PMO has always prioritized development and powerful candidates. Yogi Adityanath has a history of working his way through the people of Gorakhpur from 1998 to 2014 i.e. five consecutive terms. Eliminating candidates was important for the party and to bring someone known and powerful into position was their agenda.
To Fear or Not To?
This decision has brought a lot of different opinions and caused a debate session on every corner of the state. Living in a democracy we have all the right to voice our opinion. As seen in many parts of Lucknow, people are worried about how things would turn for the newly elected CM and what would be the main agendas of his working.
Where BJP supporters are flourishing their win and happiness, there are many who are disappointed with the decision due to Yogi Adityanath’s strong background and alleged involvement in a number of controversies. UP being the most powerful state needs a person who can not only bring development but also keep the state united and out of troubles. People have welcomed the CM with open arms and look forward to him for filling in the loopholes and completing the state to flourish and bloom.
Every tea stall in the city of Lucknow is witnessing people giving their side of the story and talking about possibilities in his tenure. There are people who are willing to give him the benefit of doubt and join hands to his welcome. On the other hand, there are people who are not convinced of the change and are hoping least amount of destruction. Opinions vary, decisions vary but the truth remains unaltered. Welcoming Yogi Adityanath as the CM is a major change for the people of UP. Rest depends on the way events change and things turn in the coming years.
Everyone is looking forward to the decisions he makes and wishes that his term as the CM brings a difference to the state and pours water to grow into a huge tree of progress.
